Is Bizonik free?
Yes. The free plan stays free forever: every recipe, your goal and daily targets, your food log, water, weight, shopping list and impact. Lapin (better nutrition) and Gorille (training on top) are subscriptions, with 7 days free to try.
Do I need to be vegan to use Bizonik?
No. Bizonik is for anyone who eats plant-based or is getting started. Every recipe is 100% plant-based, and the app helps you meet your protein needs and keep an eye on the nutrients that matter on a vegan diet.
Which devices does Bizonik work on?
In your browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, at app.bizonik.com. The iPhone app uses the same account: everything stays in sync, with nothing to do.
How do I log in to my account?
At app.bizonik.com/login, with your account's email address and password, or from the “Log in” button at the top of this site. Your account is the same on the web and on iPhone: your meals, recipes and workouts follow you. Forgot your password? The link is on the login page.
Are calories and macros accurate?
They are estimates: they can get a food or a portion wrong, and you can correct every result. If you have an allergy, always check the label. Bizonik gives guidance, not medical advice.
How does Bizonik estimate a meal from a photo?
An outside artificial intelligence service reads your photo or description. It is a small model, more energy-efficient than a large one, used only when you ask. No photo is used to train it, neither by Bizonik nor by that service. A product already in Bizonik's database is shown without any artificial intelligence. Nothing is sent without your consent, given once in the app and withdrawable at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Bizonik, then Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
Where is my data?
On our server in Switzerland. It is never sold or used for advertising. Meal photos are read by an outside artificial intelligence service, for the time of the analysis, only if you gave your consent in the app. All details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account, then Delete my account, then confirm. Everything is erased, permanently. Export your data first if you want to keep it. Details on the Support page.
I can't afford the subscription, what can I do?
Write to us at benjamin@webstratege.co: we'll give you the subscription. Eating well and getting strong should not depend on your budget.
Does the subscription also work on the web?
Yes. You subscribe in the iPhone app, with your Apple account, and it unlocks the same features on the web when you sign in with the same Bizonik account.
